**Study Side By Side Two Of The Greatest Islamic Books: Al Quduri (Fiqh) and Aqeedah Tahawiyya**

STUDY 2 GREAT BOOKS FOR A LONG TERM PERIOD WITH IJAZA BEING GIVEN!

Ever wanted to study Fiqh and Aqeedah indepth? This is the perfect chance to study 2 very important works relating to Fiqh and Aqeedah with a very distinguished and experienced Female Teacher who has taught in a traditional Islamic Seminary. Alongside this, the course will focus on practical implementation to inspire students for a better change. This Course is a Sisters Only Course to enable sisters to study these 2 great manuals in an indepth level and to a quality of a high standard.

This Course is a 30 Week Course split into 3 Semesters of 10 Weeks each. Between Each Semester there will be a 2 Week break for students to revise and prepare for the next semester. There will be a traditional ceremony for the students who complete all the semesters with Ijaza (Certificate) given. Each class will be 3 hours long, with each book being taught for an hour and 30 minutes each.

Fiqh Al-Quduri

Perhaps al-Quduri's most famous work, Al-Mukhtasar is also known as al-Kitab. The number of issues it addresses is 12,500, spanning the entire spectrum of fiqh, for the book covers not only matters of worship, but also business transactions, personal relations and penal and judicial matters. Abu `Ali al-Shashi said about the book, "Whoever memorizes this book is the best accomplished of our associates in memorization, and whoever understands it is the best accomplished of our associates in understanding."

It is related that when al-Quduri wrote this book, he carried it with him to the Ka`bah, and hung it from its curtains. He asked Allah the Exalted to bless him in it, and this prayer was apparently fulfilled. The book is recognized and respected as a reliable book of the school, and has had various commentaries written on it. It has been said that Hafiz Ibn Taymiyyah, the Hanbali scholar, used Al-Mukhtasar as his primary reference for the Hanafi School's positions. Up to this day, the book enjoys a wide acclaim, still forming a part of the teaching curriculum in many traditional Islamic Schools, and with prominent and accomplished contemporary scholars continuing to recommend and approve it as a teaching text.

Aqeedah Tahawiyyah

Knowledge about matters of faith and creed is a priority for every Muslim. Learning about the creed is obligatory and promises protection from deviant beliefs and misunderstandings. The Creed of Imam al-Tahawi is the simplest, most reliable and is considered if not the most accepted book of Aqeedah by the Muslim Ummah.

The Course will provide an insight into

• An indepth study of the fundamental beliefs/creed of Ahl lus Sunnah wal Jammah (Saved Sect) with reference to Aqeedah al-Tahawiyah.

• You will learn about and identify the characteristics of the major sects in Islam and their current manifestations

• You will explore the differences between Salafi Athari, Ashari and Maturidi schools.

• Aqeedah being a Source of Unity for the believers.

• Opportunity to ask important questions
